Abstract
The implementation of the team method assignment is one of the nursing care implementation models that emphasizes collaboration and coordination between nursing team members in providing services to patients. The successful implementation of this method is strongly influenced by nurses' job satisfaction as the main implementer of nursing services. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurses' job satisfaction and the implementation of the team method assignment. This study used an analytic survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study were executive nurses in the inpatient room of Bhayangkara Bandarlampung Hospital totaling 54 people selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria through stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used were questionnaires for nurses' job satisfaction and observation sheets for the implementation of the team method. Data analysis using chi-square statistical test. The results showed that for the job satisfaction factor, 37 (68.51%) respondents were dissatisfied with their jobs, and as many as 29 (53.7%) respondents said that the implementation of the team method assignment was appropriate. Based on the chi-square test analysis, the p-value is 0.000 (p <0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the nurse job satisfaction factor and the team method assignment. These findings indicate the importance of efforts to increase nurses' job satisfaction to support the effectiveness of the team method in providing quality nursing care.
