Abstract
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are mandated in all healthcare facilities based on Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022 to enhance efficiency and service quality, yet their implementation still faces challenges. This study aims to analyze EMR implementation readiness at Permata Bunda Hospital, Tasikmalaya, based on five key aspects: Man, Machine, Material, Money, and Method. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method using interviews and observations with the head of medical records, IT staff, and medical record officers. The findings indicate that EMR implementation requires improvements, particularly in staff training, SIMRS development, infrastructure availability, and SOP formulation. In conclusion, EMR adoption at Permata Bunda Hospital is not yet optimal and requires enhanced training, system development, and financial support.
