Factors Associated with Work Stress for Persada Husada Indonesia Vocational School Teachers in Jatiasih Bekasi

Abstract
Teachers occupy an important position and play an important role in the world of education. When discussing educational issues, teacher figures must be involved in the discussion agenda, especially regarding formal education issues in schools. The aim of the research is to determine the factors related to work stress among Persada Husada Indonesia Vocational School teachers in Jatiasih Bekasi. The research method is quantitative with the type of research being analytical observation. Independent variables include age, length of working hours, gender, marital status, length of service, role conflict, workload, division of work time, stress due to technological advances, interpersonal relationships, organizational structure, and the relationship between work and home. the dependent variable is work stress.
Analysis results: Bivariate analysis results show a significant relationship between age and work stress, p-value 0.03 (>0.05), role conflict and work stress, P-value 0.03 (<0.05), excessive workload and stress. work P-value 0.03 (<0.05) and it was found that there was no significant relationship between length of working hours and work stress with a P-value of 0.330 (>0.05), gender and work stress P-value 0.472 ( >0.05), marital status with work stress P-value 0.358 (>0.05), length of work with work stress with P-value 0.258 (>0.05), stress due to technological advances with work stress P-value 0.107 (>0.05), interpersonal relationships with work stress p-value 0.274 (>0.05), organizational structure with work stress P-value 0.642 (>0.05), work-home relationship with work stress P-value 0.259 (>0 .05). Suggestions for future researchers: Conduct work stress research up to the stage of chronic work stress.
